Assisting a turnaround advisor we were asked to develop an accelerated property disposal of part of the campus. National agents had previously been engaged but had not been able to find a suitable purchaser.

Working with the Board and Senior Leadership team we identified a local purchaser and managed the sale process in a timely and orderly manner. This included the continued occupancy (under licence) whilst the transfer of departments was completed to the retained campus.

We have continued to advise the charity on its surplus property portfolio. This include potential development sites and residential property sales.
We are working with the college and a development partner on a ‘subject to planning’ transaction for the creation of a convenience store. We act as the key link between the college and the developer.
